  • We reserve the right to review, approve, or reject any listing submitted.

2. Listing Requirements

To maintain the integrity and safety of our community:

  • All pet listings must be genuine and created by actual pet owners or authorized representatives.

  • Photos used in listings must be original or owned by the person submitting the listing. Use of stock photos, stolen images, or misleading images is strictly prohibited.

  • Each listing must accurately describe the pet being offered, including breed, age, health status, and location.

  • Listings that are found to be fraudulent, misleading, or copied from other sources will be removed immediately without notice.

3. Anti-Scam Policy

We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy for scams or fraudulent activity. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Submitting listings for pets that do not exist.

  • Using images found online without proper authorization.

  • Misleading users with false information or communication.

  • Attempting to collect deposits or payments through deceptive means.

Violators will face the following consequences:

  • Immediate removal of fraudulent listings.

  • Termination of the user account without refund.

  • Reporting to appropriate authorities or platforms if necessary.

4. Subscriptions & Fees

  • To post a pet listing, users must purchase a subscription plan.

  • The subscription fee covers the cost of listing review, moderation, and hosting on the platform.

  • Purchasing a subscription does not guarantee listing approval if the submission violates any part of our Terms & Conditions.

5. Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including:

  • Submitting fake or misleading listings that are rejected.

  • Account or listing removal due to policy violations.

  • Change of mind or failure to receive inquiries from potential buyers.

By subscribing to our service, you agree that:

  • You are responsible for providing a truthful and valid listing.

  • You understand and accept that PetsLoo.co.uk reserves the right to refuse, remove, or disable any listing that violates our policies, without issuing a refund.

6. Account Termination
